This design is about satellite communication. Thuraya is a company that sells phones, and what it did was reach in the places where people once were not able to communicate because of the limited connection, and enabling them to communicate with 'the world's smallest satellite'.

This design was based on the idea of 'flying' or 'soaring' and how the satellite communication allows communication to 'fly' to places where people once had no communication. In the exhibit there are connection hubs representing optical fibres which are long thin strands of pure glass which are arranged in bundles called optical cables. These are used to transmit light signals over long distances by fibre satellite distribution. This is a technology that allows satellite signals from an antenna to be distributed by these fibre optical cables. This booth received great compliments from the client that resulted in a year's contract deals around the world.
